Processing Time

All orders are made to order in our small workshop.

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

We ship all orders using FedEx for fast and reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 3–7 business days

United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

UK: 5–14 business days

Australia: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

High shipping demand

Weather conditions

Customs processing (for orders outside the EU)

If the 14 days have gone by, since the confirmation of the delivery, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the order doesn't arrive within 20 days after the purchase please contact us. Maximum delivery time up to 45 days.

Import duties and taxes may apply
